From a very young age, working in the Media has been my aspiration which led to the completion of a BA Hons degree in Film & TV with English Language at the University of Roehampton, London.
I started my media career working as a TV liaison assistant at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. This led on to being given the opportunity to work as Chief Liaison Officer at the aquatic centre at the Athens Olympics, an experience which I will never forget.
Upon returning to Manchester, I began working for a national charity as Media Project Worker heading up the North West video production department, giving young offenders and disadvantaged children the chance to learn media skills.
An opportunity then arose as Producer/Production Manager for an independent production company in Salford where I spent several fulfilling years producing DRTV and high quality commercials as well as virals and corporate videos, working directly with clients and through advertising agencies.
